Foreword
This book is for single men who have never been married or men who are divorced or widowed. It is not for married men looking for a mistress, although some of the principles will work for that too. Many men go through life blaming women for their problems in relationships. After failing to attract the women they desire and failing in the relationships with those they do attract, they come to the point where they believe all women are evil or some such nonsense. They think Eve ruined the world in the garden of Eden when she gave Adam the apple. Men, its time you put the blame right where it belongs, squarely on yourself. It’s your fault that your relationships fail. Almost all women in the world want their relationships to work, and they are willing to put time and effort into making that happen. After a few bad relationships though, some women become as discouraged as the men. Most men want a relationship without any work involved. They put more time into washing their cars in a lifetime than in figuring out what it takes to please a woman. If a relationship is an important thing to you in your life then you should put whatever time it takes into it to make it a success. Does this mean your a bad person if you have failed in all of your relationships? Of course not, no more than it means your a bad person if you can’t fly a 747. You just haven’t had the training, and believe me, training and education is the key, not being Joe Jock or Mr. Megabucks. If fame and money were the keys the rich and famous wouldn’t be getting divorced, but in fact they have the worst track record in relationships. Reading this book will give you a new start. Begin to practice the principles laid out in this book and soon you will have more ladies who admire you and are willing to be in your life than you ever dreamed possible. Prov 18:22 NIV He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord. This guide is intended for Christian men who desire to find a good wife, and keep her for as long as you both shall live. It is not intended as a pickup guide for easy sex. If you are not a Christian but would like to become one you may do so right now. The first prerequisite to becoming a Christian is that you accept the fact that the bible is the inspired word of God, and that what it reveals is God’s message for mankind. Mat 4:4 KJV but he answered and said, it is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Prov 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. The Path To Salvation
All have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and broken fellowship with him. We need to restore that fellowship before we can understand the scriptures and God’s will for our lives. Rom 3:23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; God has made provision for restoring all creation to fellowship with him through Jesus Christ. Col 1:20 KJV and, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. Acts 4:10-12 KJV be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, Even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. It is God’s desire that all men would receive the free gift of salvation he is offering to them, but God will force no one, he has given us freewill in the matter. John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. Eph 2:8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. Those who by faith receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior will have their sins, past, present and future removed from them as far as the east is form the west. Isa 1:18 KJV Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Psa 103:8-17 KJV The lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. To those who come to Christ he will give us a new mindset, he will fill us with his Holy Spirit that we may for the first time in our lives begin to understand his word and understand how we should live to please him. 2 Cor 5:17 KJV Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. If you would like to become a Christian now, pray this prayer and mean it with all of your heart and God will receive you as his child. “Lord God, Heavenly Father, I come to you at this time to confess to that I am a sinner and have failed to live up to your standards. I realize that I need to be forgiven and that forgiveness is available to me as a free gift from you through faith in your son Jesus Christ and in the cleansing available through the blood of his cross. I accept your son Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior at this moment, and I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit and make me into the kind of person you want me to be. In Jesus name I ask all these things, amen.” Rom 8:28 KJV and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Having done this you now need to begin to read his word and find out what is pleasing to God and what his will is for your life. As his child, God will begin to work all events in your life for the ultimate good of his kingdom and for you. I suggest you start your journey in the Christian life by getting a bible and beginning with the gospel of John, read through the entire new testament. Then come back and read Matthew, Mark and Luke, followed by the old testament. Read it slowly, absorb it, mark in it with highlighters, and write notes in your bible. The first time you read through the scriptures after you have become a Christian will be one of the most eye opening events you will ever experience in you life, savor it to the fullest, and don’t forget to ask God every time you pray to give you wisdom, knowledge and understanding. He has promised to do so. Luke 11:9-13 KJV and I say unto you, ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Failing To Prepare, Is Preparing To Fail.
You may wonder why you will have to go through many of things I recommend in this book. You may ask, why can’t I just go to the chapter about finding a wife and get on with it. The reason is because without background, training, and practice you won’t be successful. You wont have any more success in this endeavor that a 12 year old with no training will have with brain surgery. You may say, but I’m not 12 years old, I’m and adult. Well, you may be an adult in years lived, but if you haven’t found a good wife yet then you are still wet behind the ears as far as the ladies go, so you may as well start at the bottom and build a firm foundation. Remember, this book isn’t just about finding a wife and later getting divorced, it’s about finding a wife and keeping her for a lifetime. You may also ask, why can’t I just pray and get a wife right now, God says he will give us good gifts? Your right about God giving us good gifts, and a wife is surely one of them, however, God is giving you as a good gift to the lady too, and if you don’t know how to treat a woman you will not be a good gift to any lady, you will be a curse to her for the rest of her life. So, let’s get you ready to be the wonderful husband, lover and perhaps father that God wants you to be so he can direct you to your soulmate without compromising his word by giving a bad gift to the lady. Again you may ask, why can’t God just change me into that, he says all things will become new now that I’m a Christian? He could do that, with a word or a thought, no problem, but he probably won’t. You need to learn the skills of dealing with the ladies in the same manner as you learned the trade that you support yourself with, a little at a time until you are experienced. You don’t obtain a college degree, a journeyman tradesman card, a job skill, or seniority by praying for it. You get it by study, work experience, and time, and that’s how you will have to learn to have success with the ladies also.
